Settlement between Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik and his children, 1907
Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Dividing property of Mirza Muhammad Khan Fakhim al-Saltanah among his daughters: Zaynab, Rubabah, and Asiyah, 1927
The document reads in part: "Dividing the property of the late Fakhim al-Saltanah: after giving his wives their mahrs and spending one third of his inheritance according to his will, and also after giving each wife a share of the inheritance (an eighth), the rest of the inheritance, including whatever remains of properties, gardens, buildings, furniture, pack animals, pasture, roadsters, and the rest were divided among Fakhim al-Saltanah's daughters, Zaynab Khanum, Rubabah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum. Settlement of Asiyah Khanum over her share of her daughter's inheritance, 1905
After the death of Narjis Khatun, daughter of Mir Muhsin Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Usku, her inheritors were her mother, Asiyah Khanum; her husband, Haji Sayyid Riza; and her three children, Aminah Khatun, Mir Abu al-Hasan, and Sayyid Husayn. Haji Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, with the power of attorney from his mother, Asiyah Khanum, settles her share of inheritance with Haji Sayyid Muhammad, who has the power of attorney from his brother, Haji Sayyid Riza, father and guardian of Narjis Khatun's three underage children, in exchange for three thousand seven hundred tumans.
